Pay rent in two, not one.
Rent is due on the first. Paychecks do not always land on the first. Residents at our properties can split rent into two smaller payments across the month, so rent lines up with the way money actually comes in.
One large payment becomes two manageable ones.
Budget easier
Match rent to your pay schedule instead of emptying the account on the first and rebuilding it for three weeks.
Avoid late fees
Rent reaches us in full and on time, so you are not paying a late fee to buy yourself an extra week.
Build credit history
On-time rent payments can be reported to the credit bureaus — the same payment you are already making, doing more work for you.
Three steps, then it runs on its own.

Pay about half at the start of the month
Your first installment goes out around the first, the way rent normally would — just smaller.
Pay the rest later in the month
The second installment lands on the date you chose. On our side, rent shows as paid in full and on time.
A few honest notes
- It is optional. Nobody is enrolled automatically, and you can pay the normal way instead.
- The provider charges a fee for the service. You see the amount before you enroll.
- Your lease does not change. Rent amount, due date, and lease terms stay exactly as written.
- It is a payment schedule, not a rent reduction.

Rent splitting is offered through our rent-flexibility provider and is currently powered by Split Pay. Availability, pricing, and credit reporting are set by the provider and are subject to their terms and to eligibility. Approved Property Management does not charge a fee for this program and does not extend credit.
